Ms. Boswell is well known in dentistry for her groundbreaking work as a “mystery patient.” An early leader in this approach within the dental profession, her extensive research and work as an “undercover” patient resulted in national and regional awards for her column, "The Patient’s Perspective," and her book, The Mystery Patient’s Guide to Gaining & Retaining Patients. She developed presentations to help teams relate most effectively with patients and with each other. She works with national, regional, and state dental associations as well as many study clubs internationally. Her work is not theoretical—it is evidence-based with statistics to support the concepts presented. She helps build strong teams to handle today’s challenges, including difficult patients, team conflict, and anger in the workplace. Teams learn how to differentiate their practices and how to provide customer service with confidence. Seminars consistently earn top marks with many repeat clients.
