ClearChoice Management Services has recently made two new appointments to its senior leadership team: Brandon Allison as the chief financial officer and Philip Auerbach as the chief commercial officer. These additions to the team, along with the newly appointed CEO Rahma Samow, will focus on driving sustainable growth for the network. They aim to build upon the company’s robust marketing and operations functions while strengthening its foundation of purpose, vision, and values.
Brandon Allison joined ClearChoice Management Services on June 26, bringing with him six years of experience as the senior vice president of strategic planning and risk management at TrueBlue, a leading workforce management firm. During his tenure at TrueBlue, he oversaw financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investor relations, risk management, and corporate development. Prior to that, Allison spent over eight years at Walgreens, serving in various FP&A leadership roles.
Philip Auerbach assumed the role of chief commercial officer on July 10. In this newly created position, Auerbach will be responsible for overseeing and managing all commercial aspects of ClearChoice, with a particular focus on marketing and network growth. Auerbach comes to ClearChoice with extensive experience in marketing and funnel management across diverse brands and business models, including Caesars Entertainment, Lindblad Expeditions, Dunkin Brands, and most recently as the chief commercial officer at Bumble Inc.
Before his recent roles, Auerbach spent nearly 15 years in management consulting, including serving as a partner in the marketing and sales practice at McKinsey & Co.
“Impact is one of the top values within the ClearChoice network and both Brandon and Philip will be instrumental in delivering on that value,” said Rahma Samow, CEO of ClearChoice. “I am very excited to work with these two brilliant leaders as we take the business to the next level and expand the Platform of Hope to more patients suffering from acute oral disease.”
