- Two 15-minute speaking slots (One on Friday 2/25 and one on Saturday 2/26)
- Promotion in the new YDC 2024 App
- Two e-blasts from the YDC.
- Ongoing social media promotion by YDC (#TechHubYDC)
- Gourmet coffee bar to drive traffic and exhibitor staff
- Badge scan leads from coffee bar available after YDC 2024
- Regular speaking slot price is $4,200. The Tech Hub package saves $3,225.
2. New YDC 2024 Exhibitors | $5,175
Includes everything listed above, plus the following:
- 10’ x 10’ booth space
- 8’ black background drape plus 3’ side rails with drape
- 7’ x 44” company ID sign for back drape
- Option to rent pre-show attendee list for an additional cost
- 8 attendees’ badges
- The regular price of a speaking slot plus 10 x10 exhibit space is $8,400.00. The Tech Hub package saves $3,225.
