Dentsply Sirona Appoints Joanna Yao as Group Vice President, APAC RCO

Dentsply Sirona, the world’s largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, announces the appointment of Joanna Yao as group vice president, APAC RCO, effective at the end of last year. She is based in Singapore and will oversee operations across the Asia-Pacific region.

Joanna is the first woman to hold the APAC RCO leadership position for Dentsply Sirona, which underlines the company’s commitment to a diverse leadership team. She brings over 25 years of experience in management consulting and general management, with a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and cultural transformation within the healthcare industry in Asia Pacific. Before joining Dentsply Sirona, Joanna held senior positions at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, most recently serving as vice president of Asia (Greater China, Korea, India & Southeast Asia). Her extensive experience across various markets and her deep understanding of the healthcare landscape make her uniquely suited for this role.
