Keith Ebling and Nick Alexos have joined Dentsply Sirona’s executive leadership team. Ebling will serve as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, while Alexos will be executive vice president, chief financial officer. Both will report directly to interim chief executive officer Mark Thierer.
Prior to joining Dentsply Sirona, Ebling served in a number of legal and leadership roles over the course of nearly 20 years at Express Scripts Holding Company, most recently as executive vice president and general counsel. He was valedictorian of his class at Saint Louis University School of Law and holds an MBA from the Washington University Olin School of Business.
“I have known Keith for years. He has deep general counsel expertise and brings significant experience in the areas of product development, business development, and mergers and acquisitions,” said Thierer. “We are fortunate to have someone with Keith’s expertise to guide us from a legal perspective as we position Dentsply Sirona for growth.”
Alexos will lead the treasury, information technology, business development, strategic planning, and investor relations departments. Previously, he was with Madison Dearborn Partners, a private equity firm that he had cofounded. He is a certified public accountant with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
“I have worked with Nick for nearly two decades. He has extensive experience in the healthcare sector as an investor and as a member of a number of boards in the industry, including Sirona Dental Systems Inc,” said Thierer. “Nick will be an outstanding leader and business partner focusing on capital deployment, operating leverage expansion, and potential acquisitions.”
