Coupled with the iOptima INT and MX2 motor, the Bien-Air Contra-Angle ENDO handpiece has been specially designed for root canal treatment, as well as in WaveOne mode. Therefore, it is compatible with standard endodontic files as well as with WaveOne files. In addition, its small head ensures optimal handling and improved visibility of the working area, the company says.
The iOptima INT system can be controlled using an iPod touch or an iPad mini. Bien-Air says that the refined ergonomics and user-friendliness of these tablets will enable one to focus on what matters most: the patient. And according to the company, the numerous preprogrammed customizable sequences of the iOptima INT application will make treatment considerably easier.
