Henry Schein presented five Farmingdale State College SUNY dental hygiene students with Henry Schein Farmingdale State College SUNY Academic Grants during the school’s recent Department of Dental Hygiene Pinning and Awards Ceremony.
Maureen Knott, Henry Schein’s vice president of product advertising and marketing and a member of the Farmingdale College Foundation’s Board of Directors, presented the grants to students enrolled in the Department of Dental Hygiene.
As a board member, Knott helps guide the foundation’s mission to change lives and build futures, Henry Schein said, particularly its efforts to raise awareness of the crucial role that dental hygienists play in promoting and protecting oral health.
“Dental hygienists are an integral part of dental practices. They play a crucial role in delivering quality care and helping patients maintain good overall health,” said Knott.
“Henry Schein is pleased to support the next generation of hygienists with our academic grants, and we look forward to seeing their many accomplishments as they continue to pursue their focus and commitment to healthier smiles,” said Knott.
