SciCan’s STATCLAVE G4 Chamber Autoclave is designed to deliver speed, capacity, and efficiency. The Class B vacuum sterilizer incorporates pre-sterilization vacuuming to improve steam penetration and post-sterilization vacuuming to improve drying. It also can efficiently turn over wrapped instruments, sterilizing and drying in as little as 38 minutes, SciCan says, while its closed-door drying and vacuum technology results in perfectly dried instruments with every load.
Additionally, the 11-inch chamber can sterilize up to four full-size cassettes and four exam cassettes, or up to 20 pouches. SciCan’s G4 equipment also can connect and send information to smart devices so one can have cycle data, instructions, and maintenance notifications at his or her fingertips. Fresh water is used in every cycle, reducing the buildup of oils and debris. It offers a number of filling and draining options as well, including easily accessible and cleanable top reservoirs, front manual fill, and a rear automatic fill option, SciCan says.
