Cosmedent’s dual-cure, self-adhesive Rock Resin Cement is designed for the permanent cementation of ceramics, zirconia, lithium disilicate, and metal-based restorations. With its proprietary setting technology, it sets faster and more completely than other self-adhesive cements, according to the company. Also, its thin-film thickness makes it easier to seat restorations without the hassle of occlusal adjustments related to too thick a cement layer, Cosmedent says. It’s also designed to be easy to use with fast cleanup, superior marginal adhesion, and virtually no postoperative sensitivity while saving time for clinicians and patients alike.
