Henry Schein has opened its Customer Assistance Hotline to dentists and physicians who may be experiencing operational, logistical, or financial issues as a result of damage caused by the California wildfires and Hurricane Laura.
The toll-free number for all Henry Schein customers is (800) 999-9729. The hotline is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with real-time assistance from Team Schein members from 5 am to 3 pm Pacific time.
“Our thoughts are with the people throughout California who have been impacted by the devastating fires,” said Stanley M. Bergman, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Henry Schein.
“As Hurricane Laura makes landfall, Team Schein stands ready to support the people, communities, and healthcare practitioners in the storm’s path,” Bergman added.
“Our customers can rely on Henry Schein to be a partner during these difficult times, and we encourage healthcare professionals to contact the Customer Assistance Hotline for assistance with recovery and rebuilding efforts,” Bergman said.
