DMG America’s 3D Digital Printing Solution is designed to enable a more simplified, validated digital workflow. The 3Demax offers high-speed precision processing, an easy and user-friendly system, a large build plate for multiple device production, and a software-supported validated workflow, DMG America said. It also is indicated for a wide range of 3-D dental applications and accepts all standard STL files.
The fully integrated 3Dewash unit washes 3-D printed devices using a DLP process. Its preset programs systematically wash remaining non-polymerized resin from the dental application.
The fully integrated 3Decure curing unit cures 3-D resins with 360° illumination. Its preset curing programs lock in the printed devices’ mechanical properties to ensure proper curing according to individual resin specifications, DMG America said.
