Mavrik Dental Systems has launched a reimagined educational and interactive website, according to the company. The site offers a comprehensive product overview, easy navigation, and a clean interface allowing visitors to gain knowledge about TheraSmile Whitening and the science behind its patented technologies, according to the company.
“This is an important milestone for the company that makes us quite proud. We are excited to offer the dental market an engaging website that will undoubtedly create excitement for our uniquely innovative TheraSmile Whitening treatment,” said Tom Olsen, company CEO.
TheraSmile Whitening is the first and only automated whitening system, according to Mavrik Dental Systems. Its dynamic fluid delivery uses ioWave technology to enable high-volume distribution of Mavrik’s proprietary hydrogen peroxide teeth whitening gel to reach 100% of the treatment area, the company said.
The vacuum seal created by the TheraSmile Whitening mouthpiece provides intraoral isolation and forms chambers surrounding teeth through which treatment fluids flow. Refreshed fluids are continuously circulated over the targeted treatment area to intensify whitening and prevent desiccation.
Treatment is delivered in six cycles within a fully closed system. Each of the six cycles lasts for six minutes and finishes with a one-minute rinse to remove used gel and start the next cycle with freshly activated fluids.
High-volume gel cartridges come prefilled and ready for application, Mavrik said. Automated gel application ensures precise and consistent concentrations for repeatable, predictable results, according to the company.
The system immerses teeth in a warm, hydrated environment inside the mouthpiece for patient comfort, Mavrik said. It also eliminates teeth desiccation to protect against sensitivity and produces immediate and sustainable whitening results, the company said.
Mavrik Dental Systems is currently preparing for launch in the Southern California region in the first quarter of 2021 and plans on further expansion across the United States later in the year.
