Endo1 Partners, which calls itself dentistry’s first endodontic partnership organization, expanded into Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Virginia in 2020 with 31 new endodontic practices and 53 endodontists.
The company provides non-clinical administrative support for its affiliated practices including human resources, information technology, marketing, payroll, and accounting services. To continue this growth, Endo1 said, it will continue to build out its existing back-office infrastructure to further alleviate administrative burdens and enable dentists to focus on providing quality patient care.
Unlike similar organizations, Endo1 continued, its endodontist owners retain a considerable amount of equity in their practice. Along with the financial advantages of its model, Endo1 said, owners remain in control of their practice’s personal brand, culture, and team, and, most importantly, they have complete clinical autonomy.
Endo1 expects to continue its growth in 2021 and has agreed to multiple new partnerships with independent endodontic practices in its existing and new markets. Each endodontic practice mirrors Endo1’s mission of providing the highest quality clinical care paired with unparalleled patient experiences, the company said. These partnerships are expected to close in the near future.
