A dual-trained periodontist/prosthodontist, Dr. Spear earned his dental degree and MSD in periodontal prosthodontics from the University of Washington. Dr. Spear is an affiliate professor in graduate prosthodontics at the University of Washington and maintains a private practice in Seattle limited to aesthetics and fixed prosthodontics with long-time practice partner Dr. Greggory Kinzer. He is also founder and director of Spear Education. Dr. Spear’s memberships include the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, the American College of Prosthodontists, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, and the International College of Dentists. Dr. Spear is a former president of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.
