Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Sharoe Green Dental Practice in Fulwood, Lancashire.
Established in the 1970s, Sharoe Green Dental Practice is a reputable four-surgery private dental practice which provides high-quality family dentistry, as well as implants, Invisalign, and endodontics. It occupies a modern first floor unit in a busy shopping centre in Fulwood, Lancashire, approximately two miles north of Preston city centre.
After being under the same ownership since 2001, the practice was brought to market to facilitate the owners’ retirement. Following a competitive sales process, with significant interest received from a great number of operators, it has been purchased by Portman Dental Care which now owns more than 200 practices.

Sharoe Green Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed price.
