The Academy of Laser Dentistry (ALD) is hosting its first live conference and exhibition in over 2 years. ALD 2023 will take place April 21 through April 22 at the Hilton Dallas/Plano/Granite Park.
This year’s theme, “Lasers for Practice Success,” is ALD’s 30th anniversary conference. A pre-conference certification program takes place on Thursday, April 20. On Friday and Saturday mornings, the main stage presentations will be a mix of Ted Talk-like sessions and panel discussions. Afternoon workshops will provide a deeper exploration of the morning topics, while an exhibit hall will enable attendees to meet face-to-face with manufacturers and sponsors.
Some of the featured topics include ALD certification, PBM therapy, laser hygiene, sleep medicine, laser ROI, soft tissue techniques, and workflow integration. The conference will also include the latest updates regarding FDA clearances, clinical protocols, research findings, product innovations, and adjunctive technologies.
