MINNESOTA DENTIST INSTALLED AS ADA TRUSTEE

CHICAGO, October 24, 2012—James K. Zenk, D.D.S., a general dentist based in Montevideo, Minn., was recently installed as a trustee of the American Dental Association (ADA). Dr. Zenk’s installation took place in San Francisco at the ADA’s 153rd Annual Session and World Marketplace Exhibition.

Dr. Zenk will serve on the ADA Board of Trustees as the trustee from the Tenth District, which represents Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska and the Dakotas. The ADA Board formulates and reviews policies and programs and makes recommendations to the members of the ADA’s governing body, the House of Delegates. As a member of the ADA Board, Dr. Zenk will play a major role in the ADA’s organizational objective of being America’s leading advocate for oral health.

Dr. Zenk is a past president of the Minnesota Dental Association and has served in the ADA House of Delegates. He also served as president of the Minnesota West Central Dental Society.

Dr. Zenk earned his dental degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, where he continues to volunteer as an adjunct faculty member.

OHIO DENTIST INSTALLED AS ADA TRUSTEE

CHICAGO, October 24, 2012—Joseph P. Crowley, D.D.S., F.A.C.D., a general dentist based in Cincinnati, was recently installed as a trustee of the American Dental Association (ADA). Dr. Crowley’s installation took place in San Francisco at the ADA’s 153rd Annual Session and World Marketplace Exhibition.

Dr. Crowley will serve on the ADA Board of Trustees as the trustee from the Seventh District, which represents Ohio and Indiana. The ADA Board formulates and reviews policies and programs and makes recommendations to the members of the ADA’s governing body, the House of Delegates. As a member of the ADA Board, Dr. Crowley will play a major role in the ADA’s organizational objective of being America’s leading advocate for oral health.

Dr. Crowley is a past president of the Ohio Dental Association and has served in the ADA House of Delegates. He also served as president of the Cincinnati Dental Society.

Dr. Crowley is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Dentistry.

SOUTH CAROLINA DENTIST INSTALLED AS ADA TRUSTEE

CHICAGO, October 24, 2012—Julian H. Fair III, D.M.D., a general dentist based in Wagener, S.C., was recently installed as a trustee of the American Dental Association (ADA). Dr. Fair’s installation took place in San Francisco at the ADA’s 153rd Annual Session and World Marketplace Exhibition.

Dr. Fair will serve on the ADA Board of Trustees as the trustee from the 16th District, which represents the Carolinas and Virginia. The ADA Board formulates and reviews policies and programs and makes recommendations to the members of the ADA’s governing body, the House of Delegates. As a member of the ADA Board, Dr. Fair will play a major role in the ADA’s organizational objective of being America’s leading advocate for oral health.

Dr. Fair is a past president of the South Carolina Dental Association (SCDA) and has served in the ADA House of Delegates. He also served as president of the Central District of the SCDA.

Dr. Fair is a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina and received its Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2011.

MISSOURI DENTIST INSTALLED AS ADA TRUSTEE

CHICAGO, October 24, 2012—Mark R. Zust, D.D.S., a dentist in general practice in St. Peters, Mo., was recently installed as a trustee of the American Dental Association (ADA). Dr. Zust’s installation took place in San Francisco at the ADA’s 153rd Annual Session and World Marketplace Exhibition.

Dr. Zust will serve on the ADA Board of Trustees as the trustee from the Sixth District, which represents Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee and West Virginia. The ADA Board formulates and reviews policies and programs and makes recommendations to the members of the ADA’s governing body, the House of Delegates. As a member of the ADA Board, Dr. Zust will play a major role in the ADA’s organizational objective of being America’s leading advocate for oral health.

Dr. Zust is a former president of the Missouri Dental Association (MDA) and of the Greater St. Louis Dental Society and has served in the ADA House of Delegates. The MDA honored him as Dentist of the Year in 1992.

Dr. Zust earned his dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Dental School and has been in private practice since 1974.

FLORIDA DENTIST INSTALLED AS ADA TRUSTEE

CHICAGO, October 24, 2012—Terry L. Buckenheimer, D.M.D., F.A.C.D., a general dentist based in Tampa, Fla., was recently installed today as a trustee of the American Dental Association (ADA). Dr. Buckenheimer’s installation took place in San Francisco at the ADA’s 153rd Annual Session and World Marketplace Exhibition.

Dr. Buckenheimer will serve on the ADA Board of Trustees as the trustee from the 17th District, which represents Florida. The ADA Board formulates and reviews policies and programs and makes recommendations to the members of the ADA’s governing body, the House of Delegates. As a member of the ADA Board, Dr. Buckenheimer will play a major role in the ADA’s organizational objective of being America’s leading advocate for oral health.

Dr. Buckenheimer is president-elect of the Florida Dental Association and has served in the ADA House of Delegates as Chair of Florida’s Delegation. He also served as president of the Hillsborough County Dental Association, West Coast District Dental Association and the Florida Dental Health Foundation.

Dr. Buckenheimer earned his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh and received his undergraduate degree in biology from West Virginia University.
