Benco Dental has named 3 new vice presidents who will join its senior management team. Karen Kuklewicz and Julie Radzyminski have been promoted to vice presidential positions, while Kari Taylor has joined the company as VP of its sales and branch operations.
Kuklewicz, the company’s chief financial officer, began her career at Benco Dental as a staff accountant in 1999. Since then, she also has served as director of financial planning and analysis and as director of finance. She is a Certified Management Accountant, as designated by the Institute of Management Accountants, as well.
Radzyminski worked for Procter & Gamble for 19 years before joining Benco Dental as its first director of business innovation in 2012. She oversees alliances with organizations like Cain Watters and has shaped company initiatives such as the Lucy Hobbs Project and OneVisit. She is now the vice president of business innovation.
Taylor previously served as vice president of territory sales at WW Grainger and vice president of sales operations at Home Depot. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade at Sun Microsystems in a variety of international positions. She holds an MBA from Golden State University in San Francisco.
