The Amazing Charts Electronic Health Record (EHR) meets all 25 of the necessary requirements to be certified for meaningful use, enabling eligible professionals to receive the significant financial incentives offered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services under the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act.
