The Baldrige Foundation, based out of Washington, D.C., has announced the winners of their Excellence in Leadership Awards, of which DentalMonitoring CEO Philippe Salah is a recipient in the health care sector.
The Malcolm Baldrige Award Program was established in 1987 by U.S. Congress to identify and recognize role-model businesses and disseminate and share best practices. For nearly 30 years, Baldrige award recipients have been driving innovation in every sector of the economy.
“We have four categories of leadership awards,” said Al Faber, President and CEO of the Foundation for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, Inc., “that recognize outstanding individuals, leaders, and supporters who embody Baldrige leadership and management values and principles, and who have provided outstanding service to the Baldrige community and beyond.”
About receiving the award, Philippe Salah says: “I accept this accolade in tandem with my team at DentalMonitoring, of whom I have the privilege of working alongside. I am proud of the fact that our AI-powered platform and patented technology allow us to improve the quality of care, enabling practice optimization and growth while improving patient experience. Our organization succeeds because we have a shared goal that is bigger than any of us. To lead such an extraordinary team is to be a constant motor behind our vision of connected, smarter and more sustainable orthodontic care.”
The Foundation’s Leadership Awards will be presented during the Foundation Awards Luncheon held as part of the annual Quest for Excellence® conference near Washington, D.C. on April 4, 2023.
About DentalMonitoring
DentalMonitoring’s AI-powered platform and patented technology automatically detects and analyzes 130+ intraoral conditions which trigger automated messages to
the patient and practice, so doctors know exactly when a patient needs an in-person appointment. DentalMonitoring is suited for all treatment types and orthodontic appliance brands. It drives compliance by checking treatment progress and detecting issues early through closer supervision of treatment between in-office appointments and automated next steps.
It optimizes chairtime, so appointments are scheduled at the right time and clinicians and their team never walk into an appointment without knowing the most important information.
