Xaña Winans, CEO and founder of Golden Proportions Marketing, was recently awarded a Fellowship in the International Academy for Dental-Facial Esthetics (IADFE). Fellowship in the IADFE is by invitation to those dentists, physicians, and members of the cosmetics/dental industry who have distinguished themselves in their respective professions.

“I am truly honored to be named a Fellow in the International Academy for Dental-Facial Esthetics,” said Winans. “Helping dentists grow their practices through authentic dental marketing strategies is rewarding in itself, but it’s also flattering to be recognized by my peers for the amazing things my team and I have accomplished.”
The Fellowship Cap and Gown ceremony was held on November 27th, 2023 at the Harmonie Club in New York City. As part of the ceremony, new Fellows were recognized and presented with the Certificate of Fellowship and the designated membership pin.
In addition to her IADFE Fellowship, Winans also holds the marketing seat on the board of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, and frequently lectures at some of dentistry’s biggest conventions and study groups as a recognized expert and international speaker on dental marketing.
The International Academy for Dental-Facial Esthetics is an honorary service organization whose mission it is to foster interdisciplinary networking in the area of facial esthetics.
