Lucitone Digital Print Denture System

Dentsply Sirona and HeyGears are making the Lucitone Digital Print Denture System, including the comprehensive range of materials and validated workflows featuring BAM! smart polymer technology, more accessible. The newly validated workflow for HeyGears printers includes all Lucitone Digital Print materials for both premium and economy dentures: Lucitone Digital Print, Lucitone Digital Value, Lucitone Digital IPN, Lucitone Digital Fuse, and the Digital Cure Units.

The UltraCraft A2D 4K 3D printer provides ultra-high precision and a larger build volume and features compatibility with the HiVE (High-Volume Enabler) automated part removal module for continuous mass production.
