Dentsply Sirona has named Eric Bruno senior vice president of its North America Regional Commercial Organization. A 25-year veteran of medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer businesses, Bruno will provide strategic direction and drive sales force effectiveness with a focus on customers across North America, the company reports.
“We are pleased that Eric has joined our company,” said chief commercial officer Walter Petersohn. “His expertise makes him the ideal leader to support the development and execution of successful business strategies and build and lead results-oriented, high-performing sales teams.”
Most recently, Bruno served as general manager for vision care at Alcon/Novartis. His previous experience includes other commercial, franchise, and brand management positions at Alcon/Novatris and Johnson & Johnson. Earlier in his career, he was a brand manager at Procter & Gamble and an engineer at Kraft Foods.
