Dentsply Sirona World 2020 has been scheduled for October 1 to October 3 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, featuring 12 educational tracks. Organizers report that they are taking the safety of all attendees very seriously in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and are exploring how to maximize employee and attendee screenings and infection control protocols.
All meeting rooms will be sanitized after each use. Also, breakout times will be staggered to ensure large crowds aren’t gathering in hallways at the same time. Attendees can expect more than 45 hand sanitizing stations placed throughout the entire property. Social distancing of six feet between attendees in meeting rooms and on the show floor will be encouraged as well.
“Nothing is more important to us than creating a safe and comfortable experience for all attendees,” said Julie Bizzell, director of marketing services. “I want people to be able to come to Las Vegas and put their main focus on getting the most out of our incredible educational opportunities.”
Educational tracks will include special markets and topics, restorative, hygiene, orthodontics, office design, laboratory, implantology, imaging, dental assisting, CAD/CAM, business and practice management, and endodontics.
Dentsply Sirona also is following all protocols put in place by the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, and the State of Nevada to ensure attendee safety, according to the company. Early bird pricing rates are available. For more information, visit denstplysironaworld.com.
