Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners has named Wendy Flanagan vice president of operations, orthodontics. In this role, she will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations in the orthodontics sector, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the company’s current and future needs.

Flanagan brings more than 24 years of dental operations to the dental service organization. Previously, she held multiple roles at Great Expressions Dental Centers, eventually becoming national vice president of team operations in nine states, including Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, Texas, New York, and New Jersey.
Flanagan holds a BS in biology from Kennesaw State University and an AS from Clayton College and State University. In 2016, 2017, and 2018, she was recognized as a top company performer for Great Expressions Dental Centers in its Invisalign and orthodontic revenue sectors. In 2016, she was named Female Executive of the Year, Consumer Services: Bronze Award at the Stevie Awards.
Founded in 2016, Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners has 200 practices in 17 states and expects to expand its national footprint and tap into new markets.
