Henry Schein, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSIC), the world’s largest provider of health care products for office-based dental and medical practitioners, today kicks off its presence at the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA) Annual Conference, the largest dental hygiene event, in New Orleans, LA. Through July 27, Henry Schein, a “Gold” level sponsor of the Conference, will feature a comprehensive display of products from its ACCLEAN preventives portfolio at booth #313.
New products highlighted by Henry Schein will include ACCLEAN’s new Disposable Prophy Angles, curettes, scalers, and diagnostic instruments. In addition, product education will be provided today at 10:05 a.m. by Stephanie Melton, RDH, Handpiece & Small Equipment Sales Specialist, Henry Schein. In Hall J, Booth #860, she will deliver a Product Presentation spotlighting ACCLEAN’s prevention products and tools used to clean teeth during hygiene visits.

As part of its ongoing efforts to help health happen for local communities in need, Henry Schein is also a sponsor of the ADHA Institute for Oral Health Foundation’s Community Service event taking place throughout the Conference. The program will enable attendees to assemble take-home bags of essential oral care products donated by Henry Schein, which include ACCLEAN toothbrushes, dental floss, soft bristle picks, and flossers. The kits will be donated to Clover New Orleans, and delivered to approximately 600 men, women, and children from underserved communities in the New Orleans area. This effort supports ADHA’s Institute for Oral Health Foundation’s mission of advancing the dental hygiene profession and expanding access to oral care through scholarships, research grants, and community service grants.
