“I’m a dental assistant and I thought there could be a better way to retract the cheek or tongue without the hassle of the cotton rolling or slipping out of place,” said an InventHelp inventor from Waianae, Hawaii. “So I invented the COTTON TRIANGLE. My design would remain securely in place during dental examinations, cleanings, or various procedures.”
The patent-pending invention provides an improved cotton product to retract the cheek or tongue from the teeth during various dental procedures. In doing so, it protects the tissue while providing a dry-saliva-free working environment. As a result, it increases comfort and efficiency.
The invention features a novel shape that is easy to place and use so it is ideal for dental professionals.
The original design was submitted to the National sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
