Mrs. de St Georges continues to deliver the hard-hitting, practical dental practice programs that have become her hallmark during the many years she has taught management globally. Jenny acknowledges that dentistry today is presenting dentists with new challenges not anticipated or experienced in the past. However, Jenny continues to be committed to providing management techniques that create a practice that grows through a strong referral base. Social media is just another vehicle to fit into the mix. Her programs are designed to reduce a doctor’s stress, increase productivity and staff morale, and make ‘going to the practice fun’.

She has spoken at virtually every leading dental meeting in North America and has presented over 1,100 programs across the globe, on 6 continents. She has been featured in eight FDI meetings, and the publishing of her 3-part article on practice management was the first time FDI had included practice management in their prestigious journal. Jenny enjoys working with dental schools and has a passion for helping the ‘new dentist’ on their journey. She has published more than 300 articles and was a monthly contributor for Dentistry Today for four and a half years. When, in the 1980s, Ms. de St. Georges was appointed to the Dentistry Today Editorial Board, she was the first non-dentist in that position. She is an honorary Fellow of the Professional Speakers Association UK. She has been based in California’s San Francisco Bay area after moving from London many years ago.
