This transition has been strategically planned for some time and reflects a seamless evolution within the organization. Manji’s dedication to Spear Education remains unwavering, as he continues to serve as a substantial shareholder and an active member of the board. Coggin first joined Spear in April 2023 as President, building on a distinguished career that includes serving as senior vice president of clear aligners for Dentsply Sirona.
