Monroe Capital LLC announced that it served as the administrative agent and joint lead arranger for the funding of a senior credit facility aimed at supporting the acquisition of Lightwave Dental (“Lightwave”) by Lindsay Goldberg, a leading private investment firm based in New York.
Established in 2016 and headquartered in Woodbridge, Virginia, Lightwave is a dental services organization (DSO) that provides centralized shared services to affiliated clinics. These services encompass finance and accounting, recruiting, patient scheduling, business analytics, data warehousing, practice management systems, procurement, and business development. Currently, the company offers support to over 200 dentists and employs approximately 1,800 individuals across 86 dental offices spanning Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama.
