Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of New Park Dental Practice, a private dental practice in Wiltshire.
New Park Dental Practice is a fully private, four-surgery practice which provides general dentistry and includes a part-time Hygienist and visiting Implantologist. The business occupies an impressive, spacious three-story, Grade I listed, Georgian property in the centre of the market town of Devizes in Wiltshire.
Previous owner, Dr Wilscha Jacques Hugo, purchased the practice from a retiring dentist, and has since developed the business, building a loyal patient base and investing in the building over recent years to ensure that its interior is kept to a high standard.
The practice has been sold to regional multi-practice operator, Aurora Dental Group.
