VeriModel OS from Whip Mix is a methacrylate-based 3-D print resin made especially for dental models printed on open DLP printers with a 385-nm light source. This highly accurate and stable resin provides high detail resolution, low shrinkage, and long-lasting toughness to handle any model requirement, Whip Mix says. Its natural ivory color also provides a visual contrast to waxes but doesn’t influence the color of tooth-shaded restorative materials. It is designed to exhibit an easy to clean, smooth matte finish and resist settling and pigment separation when in storage. Also, it boasts 90 Mpa flexural strength, 2450 Mpa flexural modulus, 13% elongation at break, 500 to 700 cP viscosity at 25°C, and c 1.1 g/ml density. It comes in 1 kg (910 ml) bottles.
