This augmented reality tool is designed to simplify the conversation around malocclusion and engage patients. SmileView can be used in the waiting room and only takes seconds for patients to complete. Before and after results can be reviewed during already scheduled appointments to educate patients about the benefits of Invisalign treatment, Align Technology says.
SmileView can also be used asa lead generation tool outside of one’s practice, according to Align Technology. Practices can generate leads by copying and placing the unique SmileView assessment tool web link in text messages, in emails, or on social media platforms. When consumers click on the unique SmileView tool link and submit a selfie, the lead is captured in the Invisalign Doctor Site, which sends an email notification.
