DMG’s Ecosite Bulk Fill and Ecosite Bond are now available in Canada.
According to the company, Ecosite Bulk Fill saves time compared to traditional multilayer techniques that use flowable composites. It also produces more durable and aesthetic restorations, DMG says. Plus, it avoids compromised aesthetics due to high translucence and insufficient time to pack the restoration, the company adds.
Named a Dentistry Today Readers’ Choice Top 100 Product of 2019, Ecosite Bulk Fill also is designed to optimize productivity with a maximum depth of 5 mm, a single 20-second composite cure, low shrinkage stress, and excellent adaptability, packability, and handling. It also delivers high polishability, fluoride release, and exceptional aesthetics, DMG says, and it does not require a capping layer or stick to instruments.
Ecosite Bulk Fill is indicated for dental fillings, Class V restorations, and core buildups. It is available in two aesthetic all-purpose shades, universal and light, and contrast shade, where contrast with the tooth is desirable.
Ecosite Bond is a light-cured, one-bottle universal bonding agent with optimal bond strength, DMG says. It is designed to be the ideal adhesive for direct restorations featuring Ecosite Bulk Fill and other light-cured composite materials. It offers three etching modes: Total-Etch, Selective-Etch, and Self-Etch.
