Ivoclar Vivadent’s Helioseal F Plus fissure sealant is designed to help prevent caries. The flowable sealant can be spread on complex surfaces, including the upper jaw, the company says. It forms a right marginal seal to provide effective protection against cariogenic germs, according to Ivoclar Vivadent, and fine filler particles ensure a smooth sealant surface as well.
With the syringe, clinicians can dispense and apply the right amount of Helioseal F Plus precisely where it is needed, the company says, and its fine tip promotes swift and exact placement in fissures. With a suitable polymerization light such as Ivoclar Vivadent’s Bluephase Style of Bluephase G4, the sealant can be cured in 10 seconds.
