COLTENE has expanded its Alpen ShapeGuard line of diamond-impregnated polishers to include Alpen ShapeGuard Zirconia Plus. With this addition, the Alpen line now has a ShapeGuard polisher for composite-, ceramic-, and zirconia-based materials.
Alpen ShapeGuard Zirconia Plus Polishers are designed as a 2-step system for zirconia finishing and polishing. They are offered in a single-head diameter of 140 1/10 mm. ShapeGuard’s spiral wheel design offers flexible lamellas that adapt to any surface for optimal polishing results. ShapeGuard polishers are indicated for use in polishing and finishing restoration surfaces that include the occlusal, incisal, labial, buccal, and lingual surfaces.
Alpen ShapeGuard Zirconia Plus Polishers are now available for sale in the United States and Canada and come in a 5-pack for Step 1 and Step 2 refills or as an assorted pack (2 of each Zirconia Plus step).
