GC America’s EQUIA Forte HT bulk-fill, glass hybrid restorative builds on the success of EQUIA Forte, the company reports. This restorative system combines an improved restorative formulation—EQUIA Forte HT fill with a resin coat—and produces EQUIA Forte Coat in a new bottle.

According to GC America, key features and benefits include improved translucency and physical properties for aesthetic, strong restorations; an optimal marginal seal for long-term resistance to microleakage; and high fluoride release at the tooth-restorative interface. Plus, its new flip-top coat bottle provides ergonomics and minimizes waste. It is ideal for high-risk caries patients as well as pediatric and elderly patients as well, the company says.
