Denterprise International’s QuickShade Rayplicker by Borea is a fully integrated shade-matching system that delivers quick, repeatable color analyses from video of a patient’s teeth by digitally giving the correct shade reading, according to the company. The reading is then transferred to the lab via a DigitalRx. With a high-end scanning handpiece and custom software, this real-time solution takes the guesswork out of shade reading currently the norm when using analog shade guides, Denterprise International said.
Additionally, the system is designed to eliminate errors and increases a patient’s satisfaction. It also reduces remakes and wasted chair time, and it is quick and easy to use by staff, according to the company. It enhances welfare between laboratories and dentists, and it provides direct shade transmission to laboratories, along with the patient’s digital scan, Denterprise International said.
