Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Southview Dental Care in Edenbridge, Kent, to nationwide practice operator, Dentex.
Established over 50 years ago, Southview Dental Practice is a reputable, five-surgery mixed income dental practice. To meet rising patient demand for private dental services through the years, the team has adapted the practice offering, from small cosmetic treatments through to whole smile makeovers, whilst maintaining an ongoing focus on preventive care, including hygiene services.
Ransley Morenas, Southview’s former owner and Principal, has been providing dental services at the practice for over 17 years and decided the time was right to pass on the administrative responsibilities of practice ownership to focus on his clinical work and patients. Ransley is also keen to assist in the future growth of the practice and in partnership with the new owners.
The business has now been purchased by the highly acquisitive national dental group, Dentex, taking its portfolio to 99 predominantly private-led practices.
Ransley Morenas comments, “Deciding to sell the practice was a significant personal decision and sourcing the right future partner for the patients, the staff and clinicians, was of the utmost importance to me.
