Ultradent Products will donate 5% of the company’s US sales on Thursday, June 16 and Friday, June 17, up to $30,000, to Equality Florida Action’s Pulse Victims Fund supporting those who suffered in the recent shooting in Orlando and their families.

“Once again, we are reminded that we are a country at war. But this terrorist upped the ante by targeting a group of our fellow Americans who bring no oppression to others,” said Dr. Dan Fisher, founder and CEO of Ultradent.

“This is not what America is about! We must band together as Americans and do everything in our power to counter such craziness, be it here at home and/or by extremists anywhere who preach and enact hate against all others,” Fisher said.

Equality Florida Action is the largest civil rights organization dedicated to securing full equality for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community in the state. It conducts education, grassroots organization, coalition building, and lobbying programs.

So far, the Pulse Victims Fund has raised $4.3 million dollars from more than 93,000 people around the world. Equality Florida Action is working with the City of Orlando, local partners, and the National Center for Victims of Crime to deploy the funds.

“The victims are our sons, daughters, and family members at all levels,” Fisher said, referencing the 49 killed and 53 wounded in the attack on the Orlando nightclub. “Our hearts and prayers are with them.”
