Kulzer has appointed John Vitale as president, North America. Vitale will report to Marc Berendes, chief sales officer at the company. With more than 20 years of sales, marketing, and operations experience in the dental, consumer, and military sectors, Vitale has worked at Procter & Gamble, Nobel Biocare, Keystone Dental, Cocoon, and GLO Science.
